We are proud to be one of the 1st Pediatric practices in the state of Oregon to earn the Oregon Health Authority’s highest rank as a Tier 3 Patient Centered Primary Care Home. We are constantly trying to improve our medical care and in 2019 we earned the ranking as a Tier 5 Patient Centered Primary Care Home.
